Imported from Arizona to the UK in 2009, I have owned the car since May 2009 and have done the following work to it:
Replaced rear springs, shackles and bushes
Fitted air shocks to the rear
Fitted headers (very loud!)
Radiator recored and uprated
Rebuilt power steering pump and power cylinder
Fitted power brake booster
Bare metalled underside of car and undersealed it
One of the many good things about owning a Mustang is the availability of spare parts and performance upgrades.
Some of the suppliers I’ve used are: Gary at ARP (sadly now deceased), Richard at Stateside, Adam at Mustang Maniac and Roadcraft H/C (for Edelbrock parts direct from the factory).
